Assembly Operator

Reporting to the Assembly Manager, the Assembler Operator completes kitting, assembly and packaging processes according to established operating procedures.

Responsibilities

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Read, learn, understand, and interpret blueprints and work instructions, and other instructions written or verbal, to complete assembly of products or components according to established guidelines and quality standards.
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools following appropriate methods and procedures to complete mechanical assembly of components or products and prepare products and other items for shipment.
  • Inspect and test parts and products as necessary, during or after assembly, according to established guidelines and quality standards.

  • Utilize designated personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Successful candidates need to possess a technical/mechanical aptitude for safely utilizing hand and power tools in the manufacture of heavy industrial equipment.
  • Individual should have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, and able to perform their assigned duties, in a quality manner with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, bill-of-materials (BOM), shop routings and blueprints.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Must be willing to learn and practice continuous improvement techniques such as 5S, onepiece flow, value stream mapping, set-up reduction, poka- yoke (mistake proofing), Kan-Ban etc.
  • Regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Automation Technician

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Automation Technician to join our team. This role will focus on implementing, improving, troubleshooting, and maintaining automated systems to ensure smooth production and minimal downtime in a lean manufacturing environment. The Automation Technician will work in collaboration with the Engineering, Continuous Improvement, and Production teams.

Responsibilities

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support development, installation, calibration, and commissioning of new automation systems and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify process improvements and enhance system efficiency and reliability.
  • Program, modify, and optimize industrial robot programs (Panasonic, Fanuc or similar).
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated equipment, robotics, PLCs, sensors, and control systems.
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues in manufacturing machinery.
  • Program, modify, and optimize PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Omron, Click-PLC, or similar) and HMIs.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Train operators, programmers, and other users on automation equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency and strong knowledge of PLCs, electrical schematics, and instrumentation.
  • Experience working on robotic systems (e.g., Fanuc, Panasonic).
  • Proficiency with tools, testing equipment, and software used in industrial automation.
  • Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Devicenet, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and TPM principles.

Education and Experience:

  • Associate degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience in Industrial Automation or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as an automation and controls technician in a manufacturing environment.

Design Engineer

Reporting to the Product Engineering Manager, the Design Engineer invents, designs, tests, documents, and prepares new designs for implementation using CAD tools. In addition to designing mechanical systems, this position will also work with basic electrical systems (including wiring harnesses) and hydraulic systems. This role also provides design support for the manufacturing and service team as required.

Responsibilities

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize SolidWorks CAD to design and detail parts, weldments, and assemblies for products while considering product performance, reliability, manufacturability, cost, and safety.
  • Develop and maintain bill of materials (BOM).

  • Support technicians and production personnel in the building and testing of prototypes.
  • Ensure documentation of test results and analysis of testing.

ECO/BOM Coordinator

Reporting to the Product Engineering Manager, the ECO/BOM Coordinator will be responsible for many aspects of processing, analyzing, and improving engineering data and information. They will set up material lists and create machine routings that direct production through the process of building products. Other tasks include creating new part numbers, updating existing parts per change requests, and maintaining updated drawing revisions for existing parts. When discrepancies exist in the data, this role will be central in gathering and analyzing the situation to provide resolution to the issue. The Engineering Information Analyst works closely with production, warehouse, and procurement to resolve issues related to the materials list and/or routings. They will also support the ERP product configurator by creating and maintaining configurator rules.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize BOM structure to drive material requirements and execute production builds.

  • Ensure timely execution of ECO activities through a regular cadence of reviews and updates.
  • Update ERP and other business systems based on content of completed ECO’s.
  • Manage BOM data for legacy products.
  • Maintain an effective communication plan for change releases to ensure the organization is properly informed.
  • Drive adherence to business processes, especially for ECO’s and related functions.
  • Verify that the documents that are related to the BOM, such as work instructions, fixture drawings, and equipment BOM’s are properly documented and completed.
  • Provide support for creating, managing, programming, and maintaining product configurator rules in an ERP system.
  • Additional duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Experience with processing BOM’s & ECO’s.
  • Reading engineering drawings and working with an engineering/design team.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and must be able to develop excellent working relationships across multiple departments.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple and changing priorities.

Inside Sales Representative

Reporting to the Western Regional Sales Manager, this position will be responsible for creating a compelling first impression with inbound marketing generated leads and nurturing both active and dormant leads in the CRM system. This role will also be responsible for aligning sales tasks with Territory Sales Managers and existing dealers in specified areas as needed. As a member of our professional sales team, this role will introduce our industry-leading products to customers in the Construction, Fuel Distribution, Transportation, Commercial and Agricultural Industries. Product Sales Representative

T-11 Territory: LA, TX

Reporting to the Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager - Western Region, this position will be responsible for generating new sales in a targeted region with an emphasis on dealer retail support and new account development. As a member of our professional sales team, this role will be focused on the engagement of dealer sales staff and introducing our industry leading products to new customers in the Construction, Fuel Distribution, Transportation and Commercial Industries.
